Soccer Analyst Chris Sutton Battles Singer Olly Murs in Premier League Predictions
The Gunners' 10-game victorious run came to an end by Sunderland before the international hiatus, but can the English top division frontrunners bounce back against local foes Spurs this weekend?
"{I believe like Arsenal are miles ahead of Tottenham at the moment but Spurs manager Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this game," remarked football specialist Chris Sutton.
"The Spurs manager will try to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating finest this season - but Mikel Arteta's side usually still find a way to win."
Sutton is making predictions for all 380 Premier League games this season, versus artificial intelligence, fans and a range of guests.
In week 12, he takes on performer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United fan.
Murs' new record, the new release, is out on the weekend.
Football and Parenting Experiences
Murs is a skilled footballer as well as a successful singer and has been a featured player of multiple charity football matches over time - but he is not planning a serious comeback as a player.
"{I recently played in a charity match the other night for a friend of mine," he said. "The team was trailing 3-1 when I came off in the 60th minute, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you want!
"I continue to love football, but I injured my joint a few years ago and it still hasn't fully recovered. I hope I could play more but the uncertainty of the game means it's too risky for me in my profession to do it properly again.
"Additionally I am 41 now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very happy not playing football and I am gearing up for the time that my child or son chooses to play instead."
The singer and his spouse his partner have a young family, Madison and their son, and he is prepared to emulate his dad by taking on the role of their coach.
"I won't force football on our children but I've previously told Amelia that if they happen to get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my coaching badges - and I will probably be managing their Saturday football team," he added.
"I watched my relatives play a lot, and I really got into it, and I obviously was involved with a soccer team for a period too.
"My dad coached with us when I was a kid, which is probably where I get it from. He coached our team for two or three years and had a wonderful time with it. That could be the next step for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
Premier League Predictions
Weekend, 22 November
- Turf Moor, 12:30 GMT
The Blues may have to be patient for their star's comeback from fitness issues but their attack is already stronger with Pedro and Delap both returned to fitness.
In my opinion this game will be quite tight, though. The Clarets are well organised and their sole home defeats so far have been against Liverpool and Arsenal.
It suggests a one-all tie to me, but I am actually going to go with Chelsea to win narrowly for what would be their third league win in a row.
Sutton's prediction: 1-2
The singer's prediction: Chelsea will be too strong. 1-3
AI's outlook: 0-2
- Vitality Stadium, 15:00 GMT
The Cherries have lost their previous couple games - albeit both of them were away - but they got thoroughly beaten by Aston Villa last time out which surprised me.
On the other hand, West Ham secured two in a row before the hiatus and, although both of those fixtures were at home, they do look strong again.
West Ham's sole on the road victory this season came at Nottingham Forest in August, when their manager Nuno Espirito Santo was still that team's coach.
So, what on earth do I go with here - can West Ham extending their streak under their manager, or the home side bouncing back?
I will choose the Cherries, because I think what occurred against Villa was a blip.
The pundit's forecast: 2-0
Olly's prediction: Bournemouth are doing well but West Ham have improved under Nuno. 2-2
AI's pick: 1-1

Brentford were seen as one of the frontrunners for the drop before the campaign started, but they have impressed a several people under their manager and are in fine fettle with three wins in their past four matches.
My son told me to get Brentford forward Thiago in my Fantasy Football team a few weeks back and, unfortunately, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will likely score again on Saturday but I am nonetheless not going to pick him or back Brentford at Brighton's ground.
The Bees have not had much fortune on the travel this term, and the Seagulls are always strong at home. The visitors will try to attack on the counter-attack but I think Fabian Hurzeler's team carry much more of a danger.
The analyst's prediction: 2-1
The singer's prediction: This could be a match where you expect there is going to be a lot of scores but it in reality turns out to be rather tight. 1-1
The computer's outcome: 2-1
- Craven Cottage, 15:00 GMT
It is a huge game for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their past six games.
Fulham have got plenty of quality in their squad but it nonetheless feels like they could be dragged into a relegation fight.
As for Sunderland, well they are the unexpected success of the Premier League campaign so far.
Their performance in the 2-2 tie with Arsenal last time out was excellent. We have not witnessed any other team rough up the Gunners like that this term, and they were fully competitive for them.
The sensible thing to do to back the Black Cats here, because they are obviously capable of roughing Fulham up too and, the last time they were in this part of London, they beat the Blues at the close of last month.
However I am not going to do that. Rather, I truly need to continue going against the away team with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of responsibility for their positive results because they clearly love to defy my predictions.
Looking at Fulham's home record, the sole side they have lost to is Arsenal. Marco Silva's team will be extremely desperate for a good outcome, so I am going to say they will pick up three points.
The expert's forecast: 1-0
Olly's prediction: I know Sunderland are doing well and additionally that the hosts are on a poor streak... but Fulham have still been decent at home this campaign. 2-0
The algorithm's outlook: 2-0

It is a tough fixture to predict. Liverpool have lost seven of their past 10 games in every tournament, but could they be one of the sides who benefit from the {international break|
